1. Introduction

Allinvex is a multi-asset digital exchange platform providing trading services for cryptocurrencies and other supported financial instruments. These Terms describe the rules, responsibilities, and limitations that apply when you use our Platform.

2. Eligibility

To register for and use Allinvex, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not be a resident or citizen of a Restricted Jurisdiction
• Not be subject to sanctions administered by OFAC, UN, EU, or UK authorities
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration

3. Account registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including passwords, 2FA codes, and API keys. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

We may require identity verification (KYC) at any time. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in account restrictions.

4. Trading rules

All trades on the Platform are subject to our execution policies and may be subject to:

• Minimum and maximum order sizes per market
• Position limits for margin and futures products
• Self-trade prevention mechanisms
• Price band enforcement to prevent erroneous executions

You understand that market conditions can cause slippage, partial fills, or in extreme cases, order rejection. Our hybrid execution engine prioritizes user-to-user matching with synthetic liquidity as fallback.

5. Fees and charges

Trading fees, deposit fees, withdrawal fees, and other charges are published on our Fees page and may be updated. Changes will be communicated at least 7 days in advance via email and in-app notifications.

6. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to use the Platform for:

• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity
• Market manipulation, spoofing, wash trading, or layering
• Unauthorized algorithmic trading beyond published rate limits
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Reverse-engineering or attempting to extract source code from our systems

7. Disclaimers

Cryptocurrency and leveraged trading carry significant risk. The value of digital assets can be extremely volatile. You may lose some or all of your invested funds. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Allinvex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to Allinvex in the 12 months preceding the claim.
